    Packs of 50 tri-fold black and white pupil record and appointment cards with five-point grading system:

    Cards have space for your school stamp. Up-to-date with the current driver training syllabus with spare slots for your use if needed. Printed onto a heavy (220gsm) A4 white board which folds into 3 for your pupil to retain and bring to lessons. Appointment cards come with our standard terms and conditions statement and space to specify a cancellation period is printed within these. Each card can be used to record up to 55 lessons. Can be used as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with the matching instructor record cards for you to retain.

    Warranty & Returns

    Returns: If you have decided not to keep an item you have bought from us online, and wish to return it, please complete the details on your delivery note and send it back to us in a new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense. All goods must be in a new and unused condition and sent together with a copy of your original email receipt. We can only reimburse postage costs if on inspection we find the goods to be faulty or if we have supplied incorrectly.

    Some goods including personalised products may not be returned. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

    Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: If you think we have supplied incorrectly or believe a product is faulty please contact us before making the return. This will help us deal with the problem efficiently. If we agree an item that you have returned was faulty, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.

    Refunds: We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible, however, during busy periods this may take up to 14 days. Refunds can only be made to the card that was used at the time of purchase. Your card will be refunded as soon as we have processed your returned items.

    We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

    Warrantee: Unless otherwise stated all products offered are covered by our 12 month return to base guarantee. This means we will replace or repair any item that has failed due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date you receive it. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and fault caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Please be aware that faulty goods may have to be sent on to our suppliers and therefore any refunds or exchanges may take up to 14 working days.

    Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items such as signage, stationery or promotional items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. Please see our Terms and conditions for full details.
